Gonna be a quick entry. Whether it's short or not depends on how quickly I type.

My district manager is on her way into my office this morning. She is going to pick up boxes of closed files for storage near HER office, which is in Fargo, ND. So, that will get those nice NINE boxes out of my office and make things look at little neater.

So, I am being rushed. She should be there in about seven minutes if she is on time.

Somehow, I think she will be late.

Anyway, yesterday work was pretty busy. I was kept typing most of the day and I managed to do a little internet shopping for a Halloween costume.

I have decided THE HELL WITH IT and I will just wear my pirate costume from last year, which is a little sexy and call it good. No one at this year's party will have seen it except for Sam and Matt and they don't care one bit. I was trying to be conservative due to the ladies in my group who can be a bit judgmental but I figured, who really cares? I will be sexy and they can talk all they want. It's MY damn party and my boyfriend doesn't care, so why should they?

After work, I ran to Menards to look at gutters and found what I needed. I have to grab Dave and he will help me haul them home. They are ten feet long and my little car just won't be able to carry them. So, we will use his car, which has a through thingy from his trunk to the inside of his car so it will be not quite so awkward to get them home.

While I was there, I picked up some Halloween decorations for the party. Gonna be fun, I tell ya!!!

Then I went to Home Depot to check on THEIR prices for gutters. They were slightly higher so I will go with Menards.

Then home again, home again. I peeled apples and made two pies. Amy came over to pick up Daisy the peeing cat so that was nice. I don't have to worry about her anymore.

I made the pies. Just as they were cooling, Dave came home so I went over there and we watched the Twins game together. That was long, having gone into extra innings. The Twins won, but now they face the Yankees and no one actually believes they will win THAT match up.

so, whatever.

We just hung out the rest of the evening. Doug and April wanted us to come down for a beer but we didn't feel like going out again so we stayed home and went to bed around 10:00.

I woke up at 4:00 a.m., with a stupid song in my head that would not go away, so I got up and went home and got ready for work.

I was back over at Dave's for coffee by 6:00 and now here I am, at work.

Waiting for the district manager to make things crazy for a few minutes before she heads to Duluth.

Tonight I am on my own, with Dave having a late appointment out of town.

I think I will get ghosts stuffed and put in trees and then catch up on my shows I have DVR'd.

Oh, I have to go to April's to deliver a pie I made for her, too, and I KNOW she will want to gab. She and Doug are fighting again so I am sure I will hear all about THAT.

Oh well. Everyone needs to vent sometimes.

Okay. Gonna run. Bossy Man is sending me files this morning already.
