Yesterday was even busier than the day before!! I typed my little fingers off, all day long!!!

I was more than ready to go home when the time came, but I went shopping instead. Kohl's had a good sale going so I had to check it out.

The one thing that I keep forgetting about Kohls is that their ads are always misleading. I will write down a list of what I want, and nine times out of ten, the stuff I want is NOT there, or it is not QUITE what they implied.

I get a little frustrated when I go there.

But I DID get a leather purse for under $20 and a pair of those fancy, dancy sunglasses for under $10. Oh, and some jeans for about half off. So, I am good.

I did not find the slipcovers I wanted. Nor did I find the reed diffusers for the price they advertised. Whatever.

Then I went home.

I was tired, so I took a short nap.

Oh, Dave called me on my way home and we gabbed for a short time. He had to get Doug on the phone, too, and they were comparing me to the bikini-ed women they saw on the beach in South Carolina.

Luckily for THEM, they said I looked better than all of the women they saw.

Yeah, I think they want something.

Maybe they know that they have to come home and deal with ME for the rest of their lives and to piss me off is probably not in their best interest.

Whatever.....silly men.

Oh, did I mention they had been drinking?

LOL!!!

Woke up from my nap and started on my list of things to do. That worked out pretty well. I got my hair dyed, and the dishes done, I ran to Dave's and did HIS dishes and brought home the milk from his fridge and the flowers he bought for me.

I also did a little bit of cleaning, laundry, and just a few little things.

Oh, and I scrubbed out my shower, too.

Then I relaxed and watched some TV for a while. I got another call from Dave and he was totally trashed this time. You can tell when he gets drunk. He's so funny!! He starts asking if I am mad at him for drinking. Then he apologizes for drunk dialing me. Then he goes on and on about how much he loves me and how much he misses me and how he never wants to lose me. If he wasn't so damn cute, I would have to kill him!!! LOL!!

But I don't mind. He's on vacation and not driving or anything. Drink all you want!! Have fun, dude!!!

He and Doug both said that Doug got a tattoo, but I don't believe either of those guys. I will wait until they come home to see for sure.

Then he said he had to go to bed. Abruptly. I am pretty sure he didn't, but that's what he told me he was going to do. He thinks he is fooling me, but, really, who cares????

I slept really good last night. I woke up this morning, full of energy and ready for my FRIDAY!!!

I was just putting my stuff in my purse to get out the door and I found a note from Dave. He put it in there yesterday morning before he woke me up at 2:30 a.m. to say goodbye. It was so sweet, but so funny that I didn't notice it until this morning. So, I had a nice smile on my face all the way to work.

Tonight, after work, it will be another nap day and then I have things to do, baby!!!! I want to get all my bedding washed. I think I will wash Dave's, too, so he has a nice, fresh bed to come home to. I want to wash my car, deep clean the family room carpeting. I also want to get started on my Christmas craft project. I am making a melted snowman. Too funny!! It's basically just a board, with a round wooden head with a cap in the middle, and a scarf, and two mittens laying next to it. Well, there will be painting involved, of course, but pretty much it's gonna be a snap and it's so damn cute!!!!

I want to get the boards for my deck and get at least one of those put into place. (The rest need to be cut and I need Dave for that) I also want to get some gutters up in front.

And I have ladies night tomorrow night, too, so that cuts into my task time.

I was invited to Irene's daughter's birthday party for tomorrow afternoon at the park but I am not going to that. I don't like those people and the kids are all brats, so forget it. Sam was invited, too, and she called me immediately after Irene called her and asked if I was going. When I said Not if I can help it, she said she was going to use her newborn son as an excuse. I told Sam that I was going to use Tanner as an excuse for ME not to go. I said I was going to tell Irene that I have to babysit Tanner since Sam was going to the birthday party. Sam didn't think that was too funny. LOL

Oh, dang it. I want to mow my lawn this weekend, too.

Who the hell has time for birthday parties when I have a lawn that needs mowing?

Okay. Gonna run. I have more work to do here. Bossy Man was already here this morning, I got a report typed up, and I have some database billing to do.
