Yesterday at work was pretty busy. Had this huge report we had to get out. Of course, Bossy Man wasn't following the format correctly, so I had to actually THINK on where things were supposed to go. And the copy HE had was a bit different than the one I retrieved from the company database, so again, hard to follow.

That took up most of the day.

I hate North Dakota initial reports!!!!

And of course, we just got TWO more North Dakota files, so guess what?

TWO more of those damn initial reports coming up.

Yuck!!!

I managed to get all my work done, though, yesterday, except for actually mailing out three reports. I COULD have gotten to them, but since I had NO intention on stopping at the post office on my way home yesterday, they could wait until this morning before the mailman shows up.

I called Sam to see how she was doing. Both she and the baby had a slight fever so they were keeping them one more day. She had gotten NO sleep the night before so she was still tired. Damn hospitals. They want you to rest, then they come in every 15 minutes to check your vitals.

I went home after work. Dave wasn't home yet so I decided to take a little nap. I no sooner got settled into bed when Dave called me and said he was almost home. He wanted me to come over and have a smoke with him and then he was going to work on his Mustang. I said I would come over and then take a nap in his bed while he worked on the car. He said that was fine, so that is exactly what we did.

He worked. I slept.

After I got up again, I made us dinner and then he wanted to work on the car some more, so I went home and did two loads of laundry, took care of all my animals, did my computer work, played on Facebook for a while, and watched a little of my soap opera.

I also scraped off the dead skin off my feet using my Ped Egg. I really like that thing, but I think the blades are already dull. I need to order some new ones.

I cleaned out my purse and was thinking that I might just stay home the rest of the night when Dave called me and told me Doug and April were there and to come over to visit.

I finished up what I was doing and went over to visit with them for a while.

Then I went to bed.

And now I am here. At work. And feeling pretty good. Rested. I think. I didn't really sleep too well last night but it's all good. I will have LOTS of time to sleep when I get home again.

I won't be seeing Dave for a few days. Not until Sunday. He will be up north, working a fair through Saturday. And I will be going to my mom's on Saturday and coming back on Sunday.

It's all good. I have LOTS of things to do and I will be doing them ALL!!!!

But for now. It's work time!!!
