The weekend was up and down.

Friday after work, I ran home. Took care of my dogs and got a call from Dave asking me why I wasn't at his house yet. I explained to him that I needed to take care of my dogs first and that I would be RIGHT over.

Now I know WHY he doesn't throw parties. He gets WAY too uptight over them.

So, I went over and tried to calm him down, all the while doing his bidding because he really was going nuts!!!

I had called Jenner and asked her to come to the party and she said she would, if Jason wanted to.

Of course, never heard from her again.

Which was too bad because I bought her some really pretty flowers. But she never got them. So sad.

so, people started arriving and we got the food going and the bonfire was burning.

And the beers were being drunk and it was all good.

Well after 11:00, it was just four of us left, Dave, me, Brian and Doug.

Dave and I decided to go to bed. We had both gotten up at 5:15 and were TIRED!!!

So, we left the rest of them to their own devices and went to bed. I heard them through the open window a couple of times, but pretty much fell right to sleep.

The next day, Dave had an open house up north so he left early. I went home and started working on mowing my lawn.

It was so thick and long in areas that it took nearly FOUR HOURS to mow. I could not believe it!!!!

And I was exhausted by the time I was done!!!

I actually took a break in the middle of the lawn (when I ran out of gas in the mower) and took a VERY LONG nap!!!!

Got up. finished the lawn. Got myself showered and dressed and went over to Dave's to settle into air conditioning and watch the rest of the DVD I started.

Dave was not expected for at least another two hours so I figured I had plenty of time to watch the DVD and just kinda crash for a while.

Nope. He came home around ten minutes after I got myself all comfy cozy. He left early since there was no activity at the open house. When the weather is nice, no one wants to go to an open house. They all want to go fishing. So, it was a very poor turnout.

We had some dinner and watched the DVD and then I went home to sleep. Doug called and wanted a bonfire but we turned him down.

The next morning, I got up early, went tanning and shopping at Wally World. Dave called me and said to come over for coffee but I had already picked up an iced coffee, so I went home, put my purchases away and then headed over there for a bit before he took off for his Dad's for a Father's Day lunch thingy.

The weather was cooler but very cloudy so I weeded my flower gardens and made things look pretty again.

Then I took a nap. I sleep for a really long time!! Woke up. Got in the shower and watched some TV. Dave came home, asked me to go play bingo with him so we did that.

Played. Didn't win. Went home.

and that brings me up to today.

I also got an email from the ex regarding the info I needed to fill out the divorce papers.

Yeah.

First he gave me the WRONG address so I had to check on THAT, then he only gave me the bank account numbers and NOT the amounts in each account. Then he didn't tell me how much federal and state taxes he has taken out of his unemployment checks.

Yeah. It was like pulling teeth to get him to answer the questions completely!!!

No wonder he never completed college.

Anyway, in the end, I got all the info I need and now I will type up the papers and get them to him to review.

I am sure not everything will be to his liking, but too bad. I didn't need to involve him in this process in the first place.

Well, Bossy Man should be back at work today. I haven't heard from him yet and have gotten NO emails yet, either. I was hoping to have something in my email so I can get a head start on what I am sure is going to be hell week.

Oh well. This weekend I am going to a Billy Squire concert and I am REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!!!
