Pretty quiet day yesterday.

I got a dog sitter all lined up for this weekend.

It will be Jim.

I usually have Jenner do it, but she will be out of town herself this weekend.

So, I had to contact Jim.

He said he wouldn't do it due to some goofy fear that Dave will call him. Long story.....and very stupid, so I will not get into it here.

Anyway, I assured him that I was not going anywhere with Dave and asked if that makes a difference. And he said it did.

So, Jim will be coming and going from my house to take care of the dogs. I hope he does a better job THIS time than he did the last. When I got home the last time he watched them, they had left a MESS on my living room carpet. I was wondering if anyone had come at all to let them outside to do their business.

But I have learned. I will block off the living room again so they can't go in there. That carpet is the hardest to clean and the lightest in color. If the dogs have an accident from not being let out enough, it will NOT be on my good living room carpet.

Still a little ticked about THAT one.

So, work was good yesterday. Pretty busy day.

After work I went to the courthouse and got my passport application in. She said it will take about three weeks to come back, so that's pretty cool.

Then I went to Anytime Fitness, tried to get on the treadmill but they were all taken so I went tanning FIRST instead of last. After tanning there were lots of treadmills open, so I did my walk for around 40 minutes.

then I went to Wally World to pick up a few things like lunches and some additive for my car. It's acting sluggish lately. Dave said he would check out my fluids for me, too, before I head out of town.

Then I did what I have been wanting to do for a while. I relaxed in my home....ALONE!!!!

I took a nice, hot bath. I watched that movie I have been trying to get at. I finished up a series that I had DVR'd. I watched more of the special features discs from the last season of Lost. I want to watch all those before I start watching the current season.

Then Dave came over for a few minutes after he got home from some appointments.

While I was doing all that laying around and watching TV, I finished quilting the baby blanket I made for my niece, Jessica's baby.

Now I have to go find one for Sam's baby and get started on that.

Tonight is going to be busy. I will most likely be driving Dave to his bowling league so he doesn't have to drive after having a few drinks.

Then I will go back home. And then I will be out again to pick him back up and then go to Karaoke.

Gonna try to make it an earlier night than some, because I still don't feel like I have full energy yet.

But then again, once the caffeine from the iced coffee I picked up this morning kicks in, I might have more energy than I know what to do with.

I grabbed my taxes stuff today and brought that with me to work in case I have time to work on that.

And I am looking at a couple of the Community Ed classes that are being offered this coming month.

Oh, I almost forgot. I texted Jenner yesterday morning about dogsitting and she said she couldn't, but I asked her to call me and she actually DID. And she sounded really good.

She is in some sore of new age counseling and she really enjoys it. So, I am hoping that is helping her. The last time she was in counseling was while she was in high school and at the height of anorexia. She no longer has THAT problem, but she does still have issues with depression and mental wellness. So, I am hoping that this will do her some good. She also has started yoga, which I think is great!!!!

So, she sounded pretty happy and pretty busy. She is also going to her pre-marriage counseling with Jason and has her weekend retreat next month.

Sounds like everyone is doing pretty well, including Jim.

Okay. time to get to work. I have lots of transcription files already!!!!
